Overview

Tiger Connect has replaced pagers at YKHC. It is automatically installed on your PowerChart/FirstNet desktop and you should also install this on your regular desktop. It can be installed on your personal phone as well.

Tiger Connect allows you to text within YKHC and to ANMC. You can text individuals as well as groups. Roles may be assigned as well and as providers go on/off duty, they will transfer the ‘role’ to the subsequent provider.
