Tiger Connect has replaced pagers at YKHC. It should be installed on all work phones and you can install it on your personal phone as well. It is automatically installed on your PowerChart/FirstNet desktop and you should also install this on your regular desktop.

Tiger Connect allows you to text within YKHC and to ANMC providers. You can text individuals as well as groups. Roles may be assigned as well. As providers in these roles go on/off duty, they will transfer the ‘role’ to the on coming provider.

Texts live for 1 day only and then will disappear, so it is not intended for permanent documentation.
