After the order is placed, a case manager and/or endoscopist reviews the order. The first question that the reviewer must answer is whether or not the procedure is indicated.  This review is GREATLY expedited if the order comment contains enough information to answer that question. If the case has been discussed with an endoscopist or surgeon, please add that to the order comment ("discussed with Dr Swartz on 8-1-2017").
