- 49yo male, +FamHx CRC, normal colon 6-1-2007 and 9-5-2-2012, due for q5y screening.
- EGD+colonoscopy for 45yo male with large Hbg drop and 30lbs wt. loss over last 6 mos. See 7-5-2017 clinic note.
